  2. Make slurry(spread like) from rice flour & ghee.
  3. Divide dough in seven parts. Take one portion & roll thin roti& make rotis from the rest of the dough portions.
  4. Now spread slurry over one roti,put another roti on it & again spread slurry, complete all rest of the rotis like this. Spread slurry on top roti too.
  5. Now from one side start rolling, till the another end. Press lightly at the end so that the roll do not open.
  6. Now cut thin slices like portions from that roll, press lightly & roll again with light hand, just like laccha paratha.
  7. Now fry both sides in preheated oil till it becomes crisp & light pink.
  8. Sprinkle prepared spice mix over it. Once it cools down, store it in airtight container.
