  7. Pour in 1 tbsp of the batter into each cavity. Add more ghee on top. Flip and cook until all sides brown evenly. Don’t overcook. Always do on low flame.
  8. Serve as festival prasad to God or enjoy on a rainy day as hot snack with chai.
