Lets prepare tadka for bhaji - take a kadai or deep pan. add 1-2 tsp oil(any oil). add 1 tbsp butter. add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies. add chopped onions. cook it till it turns light brown. add chopped tomatoes.cook them well till oil starts to release. add 1 tbsp butter. mix them well. add 1-2 tsp red chilli powder and 1-2 tsp pav bhaji.masala. add salt to taste. adjust salt accordingly as well are adding loads of salted butter here.
  3. Now cook the masala for around another minute. now grate the boiled potatoes and mix them well in masala. add 1 tbsp butter. add boiled veggies. now add some water and with help of pav bhaji masher..mash it well. add 1-2 tsp red chilli powder and 1-2 tsp pav bhaji masala again. you can add chilli powder and oav bhaji masala according to your taste. add more if you want it more spicy. add 2-3 tbsp butter. add some water. mash it well with masher.add frsh coriander leaves.
  4. Now take pavs. cut them in between. take a tawa. add some butter and sprinkle red chilli powder. toast the pavs. serve pav bhaji with chopped onions and lemon wedges..and with loads of butter on top
