  2. Add 2 cups of water in it. When the water starts boiling, add the chow cakes. Stir the chow to cook properly for at least 2-3 minutes on a high flame.
  3. Add 2 teaspoons of soya sauce and black pepper powder. When the chow is soft and the water has almost evaporated add bell pepper and tomato pieces. Wait for one minute and put off the flame.
  4. Serve hot with tomato and chilli sauce.
