  12. Get 1 tsp pepper
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (I used 2 tsp because I like it spicy)
  14. Take 24 oz frozen corn
  15. Take 2 cans crab meat (I used Blue Star)

In a large stockpot over medium heat, cook the bacon until browned. Add the flour and stir until well combined. Heat olive oil in a medium Dutch-oven over low heat. Add onion and celery and cook, stirring, until soft.

Steps to make Seafood Chowder:
  1. In a stock pot, cook bacon. Remove bacon when finished and set aside.
  2. Sauteed green onion, thyme and garlic in bacon reserves for about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Stir in flour, milk chicken stock and bay leaves. Continue stirring for about 1 minute.
  4. On medium low heat, add shrimp and lobster tails. Cook for about 15 minutes or until shrimp is done. Try not to overcook the seafood.
  5. Remove shrimp and lobster tails when cooked and turn stovetop to low.
  6. Remove shrimp and lobster from shells. Chop lobster into pieces then add both back to pot.
  7. Add salt, pepper, pepper flakes, crab meat and corn. Cook for another 5 minutes on medium low then add bacon bits and the green part of onions.
  8. You can adjust the seasonings to your taste and add more flour for thickness.

Add fish stock and bay leaves, and bring to a simmer. Saute' celery and onion until tender. Add cayenne pepper, thyme, marjoram and flour or baking mix and stir until smooth. In a Dutch oven, heat butter over medium-high heat. Stir in flour until blended; gradually add milk.
