- Now transfer it to a container. Cover it with foil paper or cover it with polythene cover and then close the lid of container. Freeze it for 3 hours.
- Take it out after 3 hours and whip again with a hand blender. With this process, the ice-cream becomes creamy and soft. Again place it in the freezer and freeze it for 8 to 10 hours till it is completely set.
