- Get 2 cups warm water
Use a slotted spoon or wire skimmer to remove the plantain cubes to paper towels to drain. Place garlic, ginger and oil in a large skillet. Add tomatoes, coconut milk, tomato paste and salt; bring to a boil. Melt the coconut oil and proceed to saute the bell peppers, onion and garlic.

- Add cooked prawns, king prawns, 1/2 Tsp jumbo crayfish.
- In a clean pot, pour the beef stock, warm water, 2Tsp curry, 1Tsp kucharek seasoning, 1Tsp jumbo crayfish, 1Tsp jumbo all purpose. Allow to boil for 5minutes.
- In a clean pot, add 1Tsp sesame oil,4Tsp veg oil, 1Tsp garlic oil. Add washed drained rice, add all the remaining seasonings to the rice and cook on a low heat for 5 mins.
- Add the seasoned water and allow to cook on a low heat for 10mins. Add your prawns and allow to steam for 20mins on low heat.
- Shrimp: 1Tsp of butter, 1/4 red onion diced, 1/2 Tsp basil, 1/2 Ts jumbo all purpose, 1
- Scotch burnett. Wash all the shrimps and cut slightly from the back in two. Spring salt on each shrimp, In a small bowl mix ingredients together and scoop on the shrimps. In a clean frying pan, place all the shrimps and cook on a low heat for 10mins, flip over every 2mins.
- Plantain: 2 cups of veg oil, 1/4 salt, 1 ripped plantain. Peel off the plantain skin and diced, add salt. In a clean frying pan or pot Add 2 cups of oil and let it heat up then pour the plantain. Fry until golden brown.
Quickly wipe the wok or skillet with a clean paper towel or cloth. Remove and add to the fried rice. Plantain Mofongo with Shrimp Sauce- Fried mashed plantains infused with garlic, bacon, and chicharrones (fried pork skin) stuffed with a succulent tomato, garlic, parsley, shrimp sauce.
