Place pork on the rack of a broiler pan or roasting pan coated with cooking spray; place rack in pan. Add pork and toss in marinade. Heat large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Remove pork from bag; discard marinade. Heat a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.
