  1. CHICKEN; In a large wok, heat 2 Tbsp of Cooking Oil until hot and cook the chucken until brown all over (2 minutes each side 4 minutes total). When done, move the chicken to the sides, away from the centre of wok to make a well.
  2. SAUCE; if needed, add more cooking oil. Add the Garlic and Ginger into the well and cook until fragrant (10 secs). Then add the Tauchu paste and Sugar and cook them for 1 minute. Make sure to break up the paste.
  3. WATER & CHILLIES; after 1 minute, add Water, Green and Red Chillies. Mix everything well, cover with a lid and let cook for 5 minutes.
  4. SERVE; after 5 minutes, give it a stir. Continue​ to cook until the sauce has thickened. Serve with rice.
