When the quinoa is ready, take a wrap and fill it with the vegetables mix, corn, and black beans. Add a bit of guacamole and sour creme, plus a dash of barbecue sauce, if you like. Quinoa is so versatile, it's good to have some on hand cooked and ready to eat. - After three minutes, stir it properly and then add zucchini, capsicum, tomato, mushrooms, tomato sauce, chat masala, jeera powder and then stir it. Cover it for and cook it for 2 minutes;
- Once the the mixture becomes slightly dry upon frying then the mixture is ready for stuffing. Keep it aside;
- Roll out rotis from the dough prepared and cook the rotis using butter fill small blisters appear on the surface of the rotis;
- Now place the rotis on a clean surface and spread pomegranate sauce over it;
- Arrange the mixture prepared over the rotis and pour slice onions than roll if up tightly; and
- Wrap a tissue paper around the roll and serve it hot.
